Mandy Mills, Clinic Manager
Mandy has been involved with business development since 1985. At our clinic she directly oversees the daily operations of our practice, our patients care and our team. Mandy has over 25 years of strong HR training, sales and marketing, medical billing and collecting, accreditation procedures and policies, purchasing, distributing and merchandising. Working closely with Dr. Partington, Mandy assures that all aspects of our practice are held to the highest regard for our patient’s care. From flowers delivered after surgery, to personal touches throughout our clinic Mandy’s extensive knowledge and passion for people elevate our patients experience to a unique level. Mandy also enjoys building relationships outside of our practice and participates in local charities, Chamber of Commerce and non-profit events. Her passion and dedication to our team and our patients is showcased throughout the practice and our staff.
Sarah Olson, RN
Sarah received her Nursing degree from University of Arizona. Sarah is also certified in conscience sedation and advanced cardiac life support. Prior to pursuing her RN, Sarah enjoyed an 11 year career in Aesthetics. In her key role Sarah oversees the compliance and maintenance of all patient clinical records, OR records and Continuing Education. Sarah loves working in a field that allows her to help people look and feel their very best. She is instrumental in uncompromising patient care as she provides pre and post operative care to patients, performs Botox/Dysport and filler injections and often provides conscious sedation to our patients during their procedure. Sarah is a highly skilled, dedicated RN and truly enjoys every patient interaction.
Rachel Ratay, MA, ST, OR Manager
Rachel has been in the health care industry since 2000 and during this time she has over 4 years of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical recovery and care. Her experiences include Cascade Valley Medical Center CCU, ICU and Labor and Delivery Units as well as Harborview Medical Center’s Burn Unit and ICU. Rachel directly works alongside Dr. Partington in our coveted Surgical Suite. Rachel assists Dr. Partington in every procedure and assures that each patient’s goal is executed in best practice fashion. You may also see Rachel in your post-operative appointments helping to ensure that your recovery goals are met and maintained. Rachel really enjoys her daily interaction with our patients. She provides nothing less than excellent care for our patients which in turn produce excellent results. Our patients frequently express how much they appreciate her through their thank you letters.
Farrah Manning, LCA
Farrah is a Licensed Clinical Aesthetician that has been working in the medical esthetics field since 2000. Her versatility in many areas of this specialty helps her to provide individualized patient care using the latest technological skin care treatments. She has worked with both Plastic Surgeons as well as Dermatologists while engaging in ongoing, continued education. She is certified in many areas that include Laser Treatments, Chemical Peels, and Permanent Makeup.
Most who know Farrah would call her a warm, caring individual, a people person and a nurturer, making it easy for her to connect with her patients. Her down to earth, educator approach makes our patients feel comfortable and informed about their treatment plan. Farrah is results driven and provides our patients with the best treatments, best products and care possible.
Jill Alleman, Medical Receptionist
Jill has been working in the Athletic, Health and Wellness Industry since 1986. Jill’s focus has always been ensuring that she and the staff that she has worked with consistently deliver world-class customer service. Jill has over 25 years experience in project management, staff development, sales, retail purchasing, merchandising, inventory management, and event planning. Jill was instrumental in designing a Spa, Salon and Medical Spa from concept to full operations which included staffing, product selection, merchandising, equipment purchase, and creating service protocols policies and procedures. Jill’s knowledge, attention to detail and passion in turn provides a caring, warm, and friendly experience for all of our patients.
